Order Your prescription as Usual
Order your prescription using your preferred method which can be NHS app or over the phone. Surgery will process your order as agreed. Normally surgery takes 48 hours to generate and sign prescription. Prescription is then uploaded to the NHS spine to be downloaded by your preferred pharmacy. For prescription to be sent to Us please nominate us by filling form below.
Prescription is received by Us
After surgery upload the prescription to spine, it is automatically downloaded by us if you gave nominated us. Once prescription is received, it is clinically checked by our pharmacist. After checking it is sent to be dispensed and accuracy check. Generally it is done with in 24 hours unless we need to order any medication from wholesalers which we do not have in stock.
Prescription is sent for Delivery
After prescription is dispensed, It is either put on shelf for you to come and collect or it is put in delivery tote to be taken by the delivery driver. Once delivery driver pick up your prescription, you will receive an text message that your prescription will be delivered in 2 hours. You can also arrange it in preferred time slot by ringing our pharmacy. All medication are delivered discreetly and Free.
